LIABILITY WAIVER - I know that participating in a walking tour includes an element of risk. I should not participate in an Architectural Heritage Center Walking Tour, unless I am medically able to do so. I agree to abide by any decision of any tour official relative to my ability to participate in this tour safely, and I further agree that tour officials may authorize necessary emergency treatment of me. I also understand that vehicle traffic and pedestrians will be present along the tour route, and I assume the risk of participating under such conditions. I further assume any and all other risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, illness, traveling to and from this event, falls, the effects of the weather, and the surface condition of the sidewalks, roads, and/or pathways, all such risks being understood and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge all subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, representatives and successors of the following: Bosco-Milligan Foundation, Architectural Heritage Center, event volunteers, and any other sponsors, suppliers, agents, independent contractors, employees and any other personnel in any way assisting or connected with this tour from any and all claims or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or parties named in the waiver.

PHOTOGRAPHY/MEDIA RELEASE - In addition, I grant to the Bosco-Milligan Foundation, Architectural Heritage Center, its representatives, employees, and volunteers, the right to take photographs of me in connection with this activity. I authorize Bosco-Milligan Foundation, Architectural Heritage Center, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Bosco-Milligan Foundation, Architectural Heritage Center may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. In the event that I elect not to be photographed, I shall endeavor to alert the Bosco-Milligan Foundation, Architectural Heritage Center, its representatives, employees, or volunteers of this desire. This opt-out clause does not apply to photos that might be taken and used by others who attend the event.
