Adaptive reuse offers one of the most promising paths for housing creation while also preserving cultural resources. A panel of presenters will highlight successful case study examples, and a presenter will describe the conclusions of a city study examining what actions would make conversions to housing more financially attractive. Case studies will highlight successes and problems faced by adaptive reuse and the special barriers faced by housing conversions.

This is a free event. Please pre-register seating is limited.
